Many instances have occurred where individuals have been called on phone saying that they won a grant and they should pay a sum of money to redeem it. Be sure, it's a scam.

You don't need to fill a form with your personal information, only a good, well-organized , well written and reasonable proposal is needed.
Winning the grant is just the start. You have to be sure of following up the contract agreement. Track your finance very carefully; provide necessary reports when due and make sure you meet deadlines.
